Rocio Jugo is a lawyer at the Corporate Law Department of VMF.
Her professional practice focuses on advising domestic and foreign companies on corporate and commercial matters, including company formation, auditing, due diligence and general legal counselling.
In litigation, she intervenes in mediation and ADR in civil and commercial matters and represents domestic and foreign companies in complex claims before national and local courts.
She graduated from the University of Buenos Aires and has a Business Law Masters’ Degree from San Andrés University.
She is a member of the Bar Association of Buenos Aires.
