Nicolás Czejer

Nicolás Czejer is a lawyer at the Intellectual Property Department of VMF.

His practice focuses mainly on registration of Patents, Utility Models, Industrial Models and Designs, and Plant Varieties. He has a sound experience in advising inventors and companies, both domestic and foreign, on all issues pertaining to the administrative process for registering their creations in Argentina and abroad. He participates in patent litigation and advises clients on related regulatory matters.

He graduated in Law from the University of Salvador, Buenos Aires (1999) and has been a registered Industrial Property Agent since 2000. He is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.

In the international sphere, he is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA), the Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle (AIPPI), the International Trademark Association (INTA) and of the Board of the Internet Society, Argentina Chapter.
