Mora Forte is a lawyer at the Intellectual Property Department of VMF.
Her practice focuses on providing comprehensive advice on trademark law, legal opinion on the possibilities of use and of registration of trademarks, trademark infringement, trademark piracy and anticounterfeiting policies.
She has a sound experience in the management of large trademark portfolios of foreign companies, contracts, complex litigation, precautionary measures, and alternative conflict resolution.
She is a member of the Bar Association of Buenos Aires. She is a member of the Trademarks Sub-Committee of the Argentine Association of Intellectual Property Agents (AAAPI). A member of INTA (International Trademark Association), she actively participates in various working committees, especially in the Parallel Imports Committee. She presently oversees the Sub-Committee of Material Differences.
She has been a lecturer and a moderator on trademark subjects for various institutions in Argentina and abroad.
