Mauro Tovorovsky

Mauro Tovorovsky is a lawyer at the Intellectual Property Department of VMF.

His practice focuses mainly on providing comprehensive advice on trademark, software, the Internet, and copyright issues, including management of large portfolios of trademarks and other intellectual rights.

He advises domestic and foreign companies on issues involving their Intellectual Property portfolios, including trademark contracts and infringement.

Mr. Tovorovsky has a sound experience in litigation and represents important domestic and international companies and individuals in issues concerning trademarks, anti-piracy, software, domain names and copyright.

A Member of renowned Intellectual Property domestic and international institutions: INTA (International Trademark Association), ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers), ASIPI (Inter-American Intellectual Property Association), AABA (the Bar Association of Buenos Aires).

He is the current Secretary of the Industrial Property Committee of the Buenos Aires Bar Association and the former Secretary of the Notorious Trademarks Committee of the Inter-American Intellectual Property Association (ASIPI).
