Laura Antonini is a lawyer at the Litigation Department and the Intellectual Property Department of VMF.
She is an expert in addressing procedural issues in the sphere of Intellectual Property law, and in litigation involving pharmaceutical patents, Health Law, habeas corpus, and precautionary measures.
She is a Pre-judicial Mediator. Her training and professional certification allow her to provide advice on conflict prevention issues.
She has a vast experience in Procedure Law and in designing complex strategies. She has represented important companies and businesspersons in claims and controversies before the Supreme Court of the Nation, and in the Federal and local courts.
She has been a Commercial Law professor at the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires and the Belgrano University.
She is a member of the Pre-judicial Mediators’ Union.
