Héctor Ariel Manoff

Héctor Ariel Manoff is a Senior Partner and the Head of the Intellectual Property Department at VMF.   

His practice focuses on providing legal advice and representation to companies and individual clients in their national and international transactions, processing licenses and permits, and in judicial and administrative controversies arising in connection with their businesses.

He has a sound experience in matters related to the pharmaceutical, retail, the Internet, entertainment, and communication industries.

His academic participation includes directing the Postgraduate on Intellectual Property and Internet Continuing Education at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) in association with the Bar Association of Buenos Aires. He is a Guest Lecturer at the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires in postgraduate Intellectual Property subjects). He is an Advisory Board Member for the Centre for Intellectual Property, Information and Privacy of the John Marshall Law School at the Illinois University of Chicago, and an alumnus of this prestigious university.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Internet Society of Argentina (ISOC-Argentina) and of other renowned domestic institutions connected to his expertise: the Bar Association of Buenos Aires, the Argentine Association of Intellectual Property Agents (AAPI).

In the International sphere, he is a member of the Intellectual Property Constituency (IPC) of ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) and of INTA (International Trademark Association.
